WORK EXPERIENCE
Snowflakes Embryo Adoption, Program Coordinator
August 2021-present. Matches adopting families with families donating their embryos for adoption, creates contracts for respective families, and coordinates embryo shipments between clinics. Works in a team setting to help people pursue their dreams of starting or building a family.
National School Project, Biola Chapter Lead Coach & Intern
Fall 2018-2021. Recruit and train university students to coach and mentor student leaders of Christian clubs in public high schools nationwide. Oversaw, created, and implemented ongoing training systems of a team of 10-30 volunteers. Planned and executed two-day training conference on Zoom during COVID-19 pandemic, weekly training meetings for volunteers, and individualized curriculum plans for high school mentoring.
